Roam 03:39
Roam – By Adrian Krygowski Search the moonlight for stars Run a cornfield to find a piece of home Count the years in your state After all over town, has closed shop, gone home Remain Bore the concrete in place For a new sound, new stage No blood, no sweat, on the voting face Ask me once, like there’s no sense in dying tonight Fear the things that you lost in the fire, in the cold winter night When you feel like there’s nothing there to hold on to, nothing at home And it’s time to move on, time to roam. Bare the salt of your name Build an empire that lasts as long as the fire Be the noble brigade And should the orders, like theirs no sense in borders But blame And cowardly gains, jealous for fame Like the dime that you found was the money you made Chorus 2

Ohio 02:34
Ohio – By Adrian Krygowski I grew up on the banks of the Ohio River Money was short, and days were long, we kept it straight, but we found something bigger Thirteen abodes to call my home Due to sunrise, these dreams are all gone Well, built by the side of the road She grew up on towns built on trust With nothing left but trade and rust And the witness said when the banks went bust Hearts grew heavy for the travelling luck Easier said than a job well done No hate here she went and bottled it up Well more than they know they bestowed Put a song in your heart like I know you can mean it For what’s waiting ‘round the corner Ye of little faith, like Walter Tate Hit the road, when you know, whether someone believes it Bright Lights are gonna shine on through Shine for me yeah, me and you Now we’re working on a child and a house of our own Week keep paying and paying till the children are grown We keep back door locked by the front door open, waiting on a sign So when dreams kept alive, by a whole lotta lovin No meat and potatoes, with a bun in the oven Fear the things that they never said, but we knew what they wrote
3.
Jack of Diamonds – By Adrian Krygowski (Traditional) I've played cards in England I've gambled in Spain Goin back to Carolina Play my last game Jack o' Diamonds, Jack o' Diamonds and I know you of old You've robbed my poor pockets of silver and gold It's whiskey, you villain, you've been my downfall You've kicked me, you've cuffed me, but I love you for all Rye whiskey, rye whiskey, rye whiskey I cry If I don’t get rye whiskey, I think I will die Beefsteak when I'm hungry red liquor when I'm dry Greenbacks when I'm hard up and religion when I die I’ll go to yonder-hollar, I’ll build me a still Give you a gallon for a 5-dollar bill Rye whiskey, rye whiskey, rye whiskey I cry Tree don’t fall on me, I’ll live till I die If the river was whiskey, and I was a duck I'd dive to the bottom, and never come up But the river ain't whiskey, and I ain't no duck I'll play Jack of Diamonds and trust to my luck Rye whiskey, rye whiskey, rye whiskey I cry If the whiskey don’t kill me, I’ll live till I die
4.
Wisconsin#2 03:37
Wisconsin #2 – By Adrian Krygowski Baby I heard the sirens, I brought the books. Maybe when they told me, I was still no good But she had a way of saying what she should So don't tell me you're sad its over You tried hard to make me a better man We'd be lucky if we made it to 3am So take the high road, take the low, we ain't got plans So don't tell me you're sad its over --- Rollin' Westbound in to town on Cadillacs Past the classroom and the old smoke stacks First time kissing under railroad tracks I miss the old days, a lot of time has passed. --- So 5 years gone and I can still feel the same Baby you love the snow, but honey I bring the rain We'll spin this whole thing 'round, till what left remains To cry, your heart, my shoulder Midnight runs to the county liquor-store Where a failed intuition kept me from the door Cuz we could still find some love on this cold bathroom floor And cry, your heart, my shoulder --- Rollin' Westbound in to town on Cadillacs For town of rumours, town of facts First time kissing under railroad tracks I miss the old days, a lot of time has passed. --- So back to the drawing-board, back on the farm Yeah I still believe in love, and baby 3rd times a charm And hard as it is, knowing I might still do wrong She leaves the light on, wants to see when I hold her, yeah...

Chicago 05:11
Chicago – By Adrian Krygowski Katherines on the front porch, smoking her last cigarette Pots on the stove, furnace can’t keep on its own Mamas doing crosswords, dady’s in his rocking chair Let the barn door burn, ring the telegraph/telephone We built a good life here A little piece of heaven Let the blue sky shine Through God’s own nation Chicago, I’ve been waiting on a sunrise for way too long Chicago, I’ve been waiting on a sunrise for way too long Corner-store doctor is closing shop on this main street Butcher’s busy carving up a new stock of lamb They take pride in the weight of their boxed up memories And leave it all to chance, on a borrowed Uncle Sam We built a good life here A little piece of heaven See the smoke and hear the screams From the fire-engines Chicago, I’ve been waiting on a sunrise for way too long Chicago, I’ve been waiting on a sunrise for way too long Sitting on this park bench, waiting for a train to come On a city all boarded up on aftermath and these re-writes They take pride in the weight of their boxed up memories But it’ll be hot one in the old town tonight Old town tonight We built a good life here A little piece of heaven See the smoke and hear the screams From the fire-engines Chicago, I’ve been waiting on a sunrise for way too long Chicago, I’ve been waiting on a sunrise for way too long

Shot in the Dark – By Adrian Krygowski If you as how it burns I picked the wrong night to learn Concerned, I'm sure I walked a straight line Said you swerved, but you turned If the promise was fake Like the rent check was late Or the shotgun you saved From the fire, to survive Left the damn thing engaged. -- Left to my lonesome-y ways Right from the spark Keep a close watch for first thoughts of flame Like a shot in the dark -- Took the town just to date Forged the debt that was paid Found a ring I could save I bought you a new life Said it's better with age Got blessed by the church Did it by the Lord's word Raising sons is hard work I fought with the wife Over minimum-wage -- But this tattoo "I Love you, Irene" Is where you left your mark Like a candle still burning the flame Of a shot in the dark -- I only came for the lunch You know, potatoes and such She comes burstin' on in like I gave her a line She gave me a suckerpunch Took the short way to my place Showed her how I was raised But the grin on her face When she said she was late I only had to hear once -- I asked if you wanted to dance You asked if I wanted to park We never once really had a chance Just a shot in the dark --
7.
Bailout Brawl – by Adrian Krygowski She was 16 years old Broken and Broke Found the keys to the Van, in her old mans coat. Well, pickin' self-worth up off the side of the road, said she'll never see her name in the lights, or the Marquee. And in the darkest of nights, she drives, just to hear the drone of the road. In the city of quotes, and lyrical notes, she found dream, that some say wane's greed. So just, roll with the innocent outlaws, they'll never catch nothing, never get far. They say we're jaded it was all for the something, no chance for it all And in this, Cold truth relying on flaws Like its race to the wall street, and I'm afraid of heights Cuz when the Wind got your back, like another man's debt, Find your fight, in this Bailout Brawl. See we're out on road, and earning our sweat, Could use a home-cooked meal, on this 3rd day of rest Leave us out here to fold, we've been earning this mess, Leave the best of the best to uphold Like this bare stricken light, Silence in the noise of the night Backed by power, back by the left and the rights See when there's no black and white, just grey in disguise, When the powers-that-be start to fold, just So just, roll with the innocent outlaws, they'll never catch nothing, never get far. They say we're jaded it was all for the something, no chance for it all And in this, Cold truth relying on flaws Like its race to the wall street, and I'm afraid of heights Cuz when the Wind got your back, like another man's debt, find your fight, in this Bailout Brawl.
